I visited this facility yesterday for a consultation on cataract surgery. From the moment I checked in I felt welcome. The receptionist was very sweet and friendly. Amber took me back and led me through all the necessary tests, explaining things as we went, and she, too, was very friendly and personable. I was then handed off to Janet who explained the procedure and had me watch a short video, then I was led back to the exam room. I waited a good hour in the room which only really bothered me because it was getting close to the time my daughter gets home from school. I could hear Dr. Josh Gross going over my scans outside the door and he seemed to be explaining things to someone who may be in training. He sounded very patient and knowledgeable. Once in the room he introduced himself, looked at my eyes, and rattled off info to his assistant/trainee while she typed it all into the computer. Then, miracle of miracles, he actually sat and talked with me about the procedure, what is going on with my eyes, didn't try to upsell me on any expensive lenses, and basically negated everything told to me by the other doctor I consulted with two years ago. He answered all of my questions, shook my hand, then his assistant led me down to Tracy, who got me scheduled for surgery as well as a post-op appointment for the day after.I have seen a lot of doctors of various specialties, and the staff at this facility is the absolute best I have ever encountered. Every single person I dealt with was wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs. You will not be disappointed.
It was long process but a through one due to making sure they had checked eyes throughly. Each person was helpful and answered questions
