I was seen 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Technician doing all screening tests was polite and to the point. I didn't wait in secondary waiting room long before doctor came in for eye examination. Doc was very personable, precise and easy to explain any and all issues with my eyes. Will recommend absolutely.

The only drawback was having to wait 45 minutes after appointment time to be called back.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant, and Dr. Josh Gross was wonderful. Would recommend Tri-State ophthalmology to anyone.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the wait to get seen is always excessively long. I know that the Doctor I see is very good at what he does and I am sure they have to double and triple schedule him in order to get everyone seen and their needs met with that being said I feel there needs to be a better setup to get patients in and out in a more timely manner. Although I understand what can happen to make a delays. The billing statements that are sent out does not show when you make payments its quite confusing if I am to be honest that needs some work as well to be more readable and to make the statement more clear. The front desk workers if they were nicer when checking you in would be great they make you feel like you are bothering them by being there the other ladies that take you back to the rooms and do the tests and such are great and always super friendly and I as others really appreciate that cause most of us patients are already anxious by being there. Thanks to those ladies for making the experience better and the checkout ladies are great also. To the Dr he is always nice he is very direct but it feels rushed after having to wait the excessive amont of time to get to see him. Overall it's a good place I would recommend it to others. Thank you to thios who help make the experience better. I do really like the doctor he is great.
